SHIPPING METHOD

LojaRecord.com ships nationwide via CTT Expresso, and for international deliveries it has partners such as UPS and DHL.

Each order is accompanied by a corresponding invoice.

Once shipped from our warehouses, responsibility for the order is transferred to the shipping company.

Deliveries are made exclusively on working days.

The delivery times indicated below are an estimate and may vary depending on product availability or other extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of LojaRecord.com:

Home delivery

• - 1 to 3 business days (Mainland Portugal)
• - 5 to 10 business days (Madeira and Azores)
• - 3 to 8 business days (International Shipping)

In-store pickup

• - 1 Business Day

Delivery times are approximate and apply only in the absence of physical or structural impediments (such as incorrect addresses or unforeseen circumstances).

Note : During periods of high demand, such as sales, Black Friday, or other promotional campaigns, order processing may experience slight delays.

SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping cost, which is added to the value of the products purchased, is calculated automatically at checkout.

We offer free shipping for purchases of €50 or more to mainland Portugal.

For lower amounts, a shipping fee of €3.90 applies.

In the Islands, shipping costs start at €13.

For Europe, shipping costs start at €23

Loja Record is not responsible for customs charges and fees associated with orders placed online.

Order Tracking

After shipping, the customer will receive the tracking number by email, allowing them to follow the progress of the delivery on www .ctt .pt or on the platforms of the shipping partners for international shipments.

The status of the order can also be checked in the Customer Area.

Lost Order

If the order is not received within the expected time, the customer must contact our customer service.

During the process of verifying the possible loss, it is not possible to make any refund until the situation is confirmed.
